I am seeking $45000 at which I can afford to repay approx $860 per month so this I believe would eb a loan of approx 7 years. I have two defaults that were listed in mid 2007 and were paid in full. Amex and Bankwest and the total was approx $21k. I was in a difficult position at the time and awaiting a property settlement however the agency did not wait and the debts were listed. I am currently payuing under arrangement a $1800 Optus internet Bill at $100 per month and I have been since notified of an outsatanding energy bill of $380 that I was never made aware of, this bill goes back over two years and they had the wrong address. I am employes a amanager of a recruitment business and earn after tax $7300 a month, i have been with this company for fourteen months after being "headhunted" from a simialr company. I am currently sharing a house with a friend to help her out with some additional income and in that regard i pay $1000 a month, i now need to move and repurchase furnishings and I will be looking at rent of approx $2300 per month. To adequaltely cover this cost and general living costs i need to consolidate a number of small loans and debts thus providing more cash. I would really like to sit with some one that is professional and can assist in planning and putting something liek this together. Unfortunately I have been to Commonwealth Bank, who I bank with, and all I get is a blanket response that because of history they cannot assist, I know my history is poor but my current ability to make repayments plus my actions since make for a better history than what occurred five years ago.
